This site is an ACTIVE work in progress...

As I stand and reflect on tonights sunset, I am reminded how fortunate I am to have survived 30 years on this earth, how blessed Ive been to have such a loving and supportive family, and to have such incredible people I am privileged to call friends.

My life has had more than its fair share of ups and downs and this past year has been by far the most personally challenging. Over the past 15 years Ive put SO MUCH subliminal pressure on myself to accomplish all that I felt my potential was capable of – that at 29, I had mentally and physically burned out.

This weekend started with being kidnapped by my best friends and getting thrown out of a plane. As I fell from the sky I realized that sometimes the downs can be the most exhilarating and refreshing moments of my life.

A constant adjustment of perspective helps me see the good in bad times and staying positive allows me to continue moving forward. While I will never stop shooting for the stars, I am learning to appreciate where I am today even if it isn’t aligned with my plans for tomorrow.

Thank you for the love and support over all of these years. Whether Ive met you once or talk with you everyday, you are such an important part of my life and mean more to me than you know.

Stay tuned for deeper, more personal perspectives and reflections coming soon:
